We have a diverse and talented team of specialists considering diversity in its broadest form.
Our diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee provides operations and recommendations on specific policies, initiatives, and action steps to meet our goals in this area.
Internal initiatives and programmes:
We have trained our team to be able to respond to our clients in the development of Equality Plans and Diversity Plans advancing with the latter to what is currently required by Spanish legislation.
We administer our own training programs on equality and harassment protocol.
